How To Make Cheese and Mushroom Toast


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Slices of Bread
  • 2 tbsp of Tomatoes, Finely Chooped
  • 1 tbsp of Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tbsp of Fresh Cream
  • 2 tbsp of Mint Herbs
  • 2 tbsp of Diced Carrots
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Onions
  • 2 tbsp of Chopped Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp of Chopped Olives

METHOD:
Heat kitchen appliance to 400ºF.
Place bread slices in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 5 min. on either side or till crisp and gently bronzed on each side.
Meanwhile, cook mushrooms, shallots, and garlic in two Tbsp. dressing in massive slippery pan on medium heat five to six min. or till mushrooms are tender and liquid is burnt off, stirring often. take away from heat. Stir in tomatoes and parsley.
Heat broiler. Brush toast slices with remaining dressing; high with mushroom mixture and cheese. Broil, half dozen inches from heat, 2 min. or till cheese is thawed.
