How to Make Indian Chicken Curry Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 chicken
- 1 large onion
- 1 tomato
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2.5 cm ginger
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1 heaped tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Coriander leaves
Joint and skin the chicken then place the items to 1 aspect. Chop the onions and fry till gently brunette. Add the cumin seeds, grated ginger, and garlic, and fry for a couple of minutes. Add the chicken items to the pan and brown. Then add the remainder of the spices and fry for a couple of minutes. Add salt, the cut tomato and a few waters then bring back the boil and simmer for a minimum of one hour. Garnish with recent coriander leaves.
Tips - you'll be able to add potatoes to the present curry, or maybe bulk it out with a handful of arduous poached eggs.
